This is a symmetrical, unshaped service. Our prepaid package will provide you with up to 10Mb/s download and upload speeds.
This service is traffic based. Data expires if not used within 12 months. The service is inexpensive, while still offering high speed downloads.
High-Speed Capped Packages
This is a symmetrical, unshaped and pre-paid service. This service is traffic based and affordable, while still offering high speed downloads. Capped accounts can be topped up by buying 1GB for R70, or another 5GB, 10GB, 15GB or 50GB. This can be done instantly online using a credit card via the user control panel.
This service is traffic based. Data expires 1 month from date of purchase.
Home Packages
All home connections are subject to our Fair Use Policy. Users exceeding the traffic limit as listed will be soft-capped. Home Packages must be applied for in writing, by completing the Application for Service form.
This service is designed for humans who want to use the internet as much as they want - for some downloading, streaming media, browsing, and more. It is not designed for computer programs that are set up to continuously download 24/7, every day. The vast majority of our home clients will be able to use as much as they want and consider this connection to be uncapped. However, we will take action against the very small minority who through their usage start affecting all of our other clients' internet experience.
It is our duty to make sure that the very few will not ruin our other clients' online experience.
Our primary concern is for the majority of our clients. If there are individuals that are putting strain on the network and affecting our other clients negatively, we reserve the right to stop offering them the service.
Again, our home service is designed for humans who would like to use the internet as much as they want, subject to our Fair Use Policy.
If it is your intention to set up programs to download tv episodes, movies, music, programs & other files every single hour of the day, every day of the month then these home packages are not for you. Please find another service provider.
We want to make this clear up front so that nobody is disappointed or surprised later.
Game Console
This package is an unshaped package designed specifically for game consoles. These packages are locked down to your console's MAC address. Due to the game console's bandwidth use, we only connect one console per account.
You can, however, have more than one account if you have more than one console, but charges per console per month apply.
This service is dedicated to game consoles, and is not available to computer and tablet users.
This is a best effort service. Although we do our best to provide a stable connection for your console, the internet is a network of networks that we have no control over upstream from our network. We therefore offer no guarantees that your console will successfully run over a wireless connection to whichever game servers you may be using.

This entry-level package will provide you with up to 384Kb/s download speeds from servers located outside of the African continent.
The connection provides sufficient throughput for 3 simultaneous VOIP calls.
Upload speeds are 128Kb/s on the Shaped package, and 384Kb/s on the Unshaped package.
512Kb
Our most popular package will provide you with up to 512Kb/s download speeds from servers located outside of the African continent.
This connection provides sufficient throughput for 6 simultaneous VOIP calls.
Upload speeds are 256Kb/s on the Shaped package, and 512Kb/s on the Unshaped package.
1024Kb / 1Mb
This package will provide you with up to 1Mb/s download speeds from servers located outside of the African continent.
The connection provides sufficient throughput for 15 simultaneous VOIP calls.
Upload speeds are 256Kb/s on the Shaped package, and 1024Kb/s on the Unshaped package.
2048Kb / 2Mb
This package is very popular with business clients and will provide you with up to 2Mb/s download speeds from servers located outside of the African continent.
The BURST function means that download speeds can increase to 4Mb if there is sufficient capacity on the Cape Connect Network. BURST bandwidth is provided on a first come, first served basis and is not guaranteed.
Upload speeds are 512Kb/s on the Shaped package, and 2048Kb/s on the Unshaped package.
5120Kb / 5Mb
This package will provide you with up to 4Mb/s download speeds from servers located outside of the African continent.
Upload speeds are 1024Kb/s on the Shaped package, and 5120Kb/s on the Unshaped package.
