All connections are subject to our Fair Use Policy. Packages must be applied for in writing, by completing the Application for Wireless Broadband Service form with monthly Debit Order Mandate.

This service is designed for humans who want to use the internet as much as they want - for some downloading, streaming media, browsing, and more. It is not designed for computer programs that are setup to continuously download 24/7, every day. The vast majority of our clients will be able to use as much as they want and consider this connection to be uncapped. However, we will take action against the very small minority who through their usage start affecting all of our other clients' internet experience.

An optional Bolt-On SLA (Service Level Agreement) is available for all our products, should you require this service.

NOTE: ALL PACKAGES ARE SUBJECT TO AN INITIAL THREE-MONTH CONTRACT PERIOD, AFTER WHICH THEY REVERT TO MONTH-TO-MONTH.

These are provided as a low-cost internet service allowing for email access, web browsing and low-bandwidth applications and will not support multiple simultaneous users.
